As of July 1st 2023, Nexus Heat have taken over from Douch Biomass following retirement. With our South Regional Office being located at Pippingford Manor in Nutley, Nexus Heat will have engineers present in the region, meaning your main contact address and phone number will not changing to ease with transition.

Service Agreements

Nexus Heat offer a choice of service agreements, with services being conducted either once, twice, or four times a year, depending on your previous contract with Douch Biomass.

24 hour breakdown

Our dedicated service and maintenance team of engineers allows most breakdowns to be attended within 24 hours, 364 days a year.

Spare parts

As authorised stockists of spare parts for Gilles, Froling, Heizomat, Herz and ETA boilers, we have a selection of commonly required spare parts, and access to most other parts on a next-day delivery service.

Flue Sweep

As well as a full service on your boiler, our engineers will also conduct a flue clean once a year using the latest sweep technology.

Flue Analysis

To ensure your boiler is running as efficiently as possible, our engineers have the ability to conduct a Flue Gas Analysis during the heating test, measuring the levels of gases within the emissions.

Remote Monitoring

Nexus Heat are able to offer a remote monitoring service, allowing us to be notified of an error before the system cools. This also allows many faults to be resolved without requiring site attendance. (Mobile or data connection required)
