Nexus Heat offer a choice of service agreements, with services being conducted either once or twice a year, depending on the individual requirement of the customer.
24 hour breakdown
Our dedicated service and maintenance team of engineers allows most breakdowns to be attended within 24 hours, 364 days a year.
As authorised stockists of spare parts for Gilles, Froling, Heizomat and ETA boilers, we have a selection of commonly required spare parts, and access to most other parts on a next-day delivery service.
As well as a full service on your boiler, our engineers will also conduct a flue clean using the latest sweep technology.
To ensure your boiler is running as efficiently as possible, our engineers have the ability to conduct a Flue Gas Analysis during the heating test, measuring the levels of gases within the emissions.
Nexus Heat are able to offer a remote monitoring service, allowing us to be notified of an error before the system cools. This also allows many faults to be resolved without requiring site attendance. (Mobile or data connection required)
